Panel Discussion
Led by the host, speakers from different backgrounds will put forward questions and debate possible solutions. They will also answer and discuss questions asked by delegates. We hope that this experience can stimulate extensive ideas and imagination from both delegates and speakers.
IMPACT PROJECT
Impact Project
Student delegates are assigned to come up with a problem-solving project on one of the academic topics. During which, we encourage delegates to take a deep dive into the topic, and through intensive research and idea exchange to substantialize the creative and brilliant ideas into impactful and insightful Impact Projects
Mentor Discussion
GIS Taiwan will arrange delegates to be mentored by academic and industrial experts. The experience of these industry experts enables a comprehensive inspection of delegates' proposals and helps optimize their impact projects.
Impact Project Exhibition
Each group will display their impact projects which they have devised during the past few days. They will have to present their projects to mentors, guests, and other student delegates. We hope to expose the creativity of our delegates to a greater pool of audience
Social Event
Banquet
The banquet will be held in the form of traditional Taiwanese catering. Not only will delegates attend, but speakers, company executives, and government officials will also be invited to celebrate and socialize in this particular occasion.
Interdisciplinary Communication
Opening and Closing Ceremony Speeches
We'll be inviting domestic and oversea keynote speakers to share their professional experience in opening and ending sessions. Not only does it provide background knowledge for the delegates, but also intrigue them to elaborate and explore from different directions under this year's theme.
Leaders Dialogue
By gathering leaders from politics, businesses and academics to interchange with young adults according to the different topics raised, each group will be given an instructor who's in charge of the discussion.
Cultural Discovery Trip
The Cultural Discovery Trip is a newly introduced activity that brings delegates beyond the NTU campus to visit enterprises and cultural sites in other cities. Through the exploration, participants learn about Taiwan's local industries, creative development, and unique culture. This experience not only allows international delegates to witness Taiwan's innovation firsthand but also showcases Taiwan's creativity and the new generation's innovative spirit.
World Cafe
The World Café provides a platform for delegates to engage with distinguished ambassadors and diplomats. We will invite diplomats, ambassadors, and officials to share their experiences as diplomats and enhance cultural diversity. They would also be sharing their thoughts on foreign affairs and policies regarding the academic topics. These discussions allow delegates to learn more about different cultures and connect with the world.
